We have many events going throughout the year.  INBTA Members and Guests are always welcome.

INBTA offers a diverse schedule of meetings and events revolving around travel. We strive to make it easy to register for events. Please follow these convenient directions for a successful meeting registration experience:

If you have Pre-Paid your annual lunches, select the Event Items with an asterisk next to the *Event Name when registering. These are the same events, they just do not have fees attached to them and allow you to register quickly and easily.  Each event (Even Pre-Paid Lunch members), has an option to bring 1-10 guests but you are required to pay $35.00 for eachguest.  If you have any questions regarding guests, please contact INBTA Treasurer Sandy Hoveskeland at ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you are a member and have not pre-paid your annual lunches, your meeting fee is $25.00 when you register in advance.  Members who do not register in advance and Guests pay $35.00 each.  Each event offers an option to bring guests at $35.00 for each guest.

All the events for the calendar year are listed under "Events." Simply click on an event to learn the details. Remember - the events with the "asterisk are for pre-paid annual lunch members ONLY.

Each event sometimes has special menus, instructions, etc.  Please make sure you read all the details for each event and watch for special selections when registering and/or paying for an event.  For example:  If there is a menu choice and you do not make the selection you desire, you will be given the default menu item.  (Most likely the Chicken Smile).
