The morning is reserved for class and then after lunch; the exam is given. The class has 90 minutes to complete the exam.

GUEST SPEAKER: Rick Wakida, CTE, CCTE
Prior to 2002, Rick was US Travel Manager for Vodafone Americas, and started his career in travel management as Assistant Vice President in Bank of America’s Travel and Entertainment department in 1995.
Rick has served as Chairman of the NBTA Hotel Committee, and presented at national and international travel conferences. He is an established source for the travel industry press, having been quoted in over seventy-five articles, in addition to authoring several pieces on various business travel topics.
Rick holds both an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and prior to working in travel management, worked for ten years in Finance at Bank of America.
What is the CTE designation?
Attendees who successfully complete the Fundamentals of Business Travel Management course, either as a two-day workshop or online, will be eligible to earn the Corporate Travel Expert® (CTE) designation by passing the CTE exam. Carrying the CTE designation following your name shows that you have mastered the fundamental tenets of corporate travel management.
